It is a hormone secreted by the human body that overcomes the sleeping disorders and aids in inducing sleep. Along with it, there are certain Benzodiazepines, also known as tranquilizers that aid in having a sound sleep during nighttime. Such type of medication if taken regularly slows down the central nervous system and causes drowsiness. Some of the stimulants falling in this category are: • ‘Ramelteon’ • ‘ Flurazepam’ • ‘Estazolam’ • ‘Temazepam’ In addition to these pills, there are a wide range of herbal remedies as well, which if taken properly can definitely help to cure sleeping disorders. The herbal treatment involves the consumption of herbal teas as well as its supplements that help to enhance sleep. Aromatherapy is also one of the herbal treatments that aid in having sound sleep. It includes a variety of herbs such as valerian root and chamomile. The herbal treatment needs is followed on the need basis.
