Don't get hungover ever again
I don't know about you but when I was in college I was the typical student who studied by day and partied by night. The only problem was the next morning I was usually so hungover that I couldn't make it to class. So after a few years of partying I learned the ultimate secret to not getting hungover. Here is what you do. No matter what time you get home or what condition you are in you always need to make sure that you drink at least four glasses of water and take a vitamin B complex before you go to bed. The reason for this is the vitamin B helps to flush away all the toxins you have been putting into your body and the water will re-hydrate you which typically is the biggest reason for getting a hangover. You may still feel a little sluggish in the morning but I guarantee that you will not feel sick or have a really bad headache. And please to drink responsibly when you are out there partying. Have Fun! |
